LDAP Active Directory plugin allows you to import users and organization details from the different directory services such as

• Active Directory
• Open LDAP
• FreeIPA

And also once Directory users are imported to the Faveo Helpdesk system, It allows the Directory users to log in to Faveo using their Directory credentials.
