โ€œThe platform itself seems to be going through some growing pains. We have found some issues with renewals, updates, and LDAP syncing which required support desk assistance. Support desk is extremely helpful, given the vast time zone difference. The international monthly renewals were a problem at first, but the payment system has improved. Cost of the product jumped over 50% this past month, messing with our budget somewhat. That is the risk you take with a month-to-month service. At first, the self-hosted service seemed rather responsive. Unsure if it has slowed down or if we are becoming accustomed to the interface and workflow. Overall, pleased with Service Desk Startup compared to our previous solution.โ€
