We had recurring issues with the license loading which impacted business operations for a couple of instances. There were some bugs that weren’t addressed yet with a permanent fix. The issue resolution and escalation process were unclear at the start but were later on addressed by the team.

It has helped our organization improve our customer service through better ticket handling, documentation and automation.
